Code 1 - Acknowledge this call (respond of any requests like code 2 or code 3, means message received responding to call)
Code 2 - Proceed immediately without siren (some speeding allowed, but you have to keep the major traffic rules)
Code 3 - Proceed immediately with lights and siren (you have to get to location ASAP, but always keep before eyes the public safety)
