Always Roleplay
Only admins can interrupt a RP Situation. You can not Refuse RP by ignoring other peoples actions and go away. If you need to get out of a situation, RP it. Do not use /b-excuses as reason to evade. Only admins can leave a RP scene, if they have to fulfill admin duty, but they need to tell their RP partners in /b.

Do not Deathmatch
You need a good and RP'ish reason to Kill or attack a player in any ways. Remember that you can not use the nametags to recognize them, if you are searching for a particular player to Kill. Same occurs for LSPD, never engane a player because of his Orange name tag.

If you die during a RP, dont come back as you are Death. Do not Revenge Kill
If you got killed, do not come back! The Roleplay is over. If you wish to come back and participate in the RP again, then pretend to be another Person. FOr example, if a cop gets shot during a chase, he may come back as 'another' cop. Same happens for Gang members ect. If they are in a fight, and one member gets shot, he may come back as another gang member who was called for backup. But remember: If you died, you wont remember anything from b4 your death. When you get killed you can not come back as yourself afterwards.
There is only one exclusion: If a player died in rp, due to a Bug, a DM attack or any other UN-RP reasons, he might come back if an admin allows him and/or the player agrees with the RP partner he had previously.

Do not Insult, Flame o provoke any player in an OOC-Way.
You CAN Insult, Provoke and scamm Players in a Rp situation, but NEVER OOC, thats called OOC-offense and will end up with a punishment. Respect everyone and threat everyone like you want to be threated. If soemone breaks a rule, you do not flame or spamm it in /n or OOC, but you will make ONE /report and wait for admins to contact you.

No Org Jumping! If you left an Organisation you need to wait two days till you join a new.
This is just to prevent Org jumping. This rules does not appearfor Rp'ed organisation switches, like if a LSPD get upgraded to FBI, or a Mafia member joins another Mafia with the agreeent of both of their leaders.

No Heli/Vehicle Kill! Only Heli Weapons are allowed!
Well, you jsut aint alowwed to Kill someone by chopping him with the ROtorblades of your Helicopter. Reason: if you'd do that in real life, your otor would break and your heli would split in 10000 pieces. Same Happens for Cars: You CAN ram somebody to damage/kill him with th eimpact force of your car (be sure you RP it, if you get overrun by a car IRL, you wont just stand up afterwards). But its NOT Legal to 'park' on someone to make him constantly loose HP until his death.

No Driverside Drivebys! Only form Bike to Vehicle!
Kinda Self-Explaining. You cant driveby from a car, because its unfair, as it has an Auto-Aim.
Car/Boat Drivers cant Drive-By at all, but they may use /cg to drop a grenade out of their windows. If the Car/Boat ha sstatic Weapons (Predator, Rhino), those can be used legally.
Passengers in a Car can lean out the Windows and shoot as driveby, on anything and anybody with any* weapon.
Bike Drivers can use driveby to the Front, but only on other Bikes, and cars/boats/helis/planes(if they can hit), NOT on pedestrians. Bike drivers can use /cg, too.
Passengers on a Bike can Use any* weapon and shoot anything, like Car Passengers.
Pilots of a Helicopter can use the Weapons on the Heli/Plane (Seasp, hunter, hydra, rustler, blackhawk) on any target, but please do not spamm the rockets on hydra and hunter, jsut shoot 2-3 of those 'double rockets' at once and the RP some seconds of reloading time.

*any weapon = the allowed Drive-By Weapons.
Please note that the following weapons are NOT Legal to drive-by with:
- Desert Eagle (To Fast Fire)
- Sawn-Off Shotgun (To fast, no Relaod)
- Sniper Rifle (To Fast, No Crosshairs)
- Country Rifle (Zoom, To fast)

Any other weapon can be used to Drive-By with as a Passenger. Also remember you can throw Grenades and Molotovs out of your window with /cg and /cm, but remember to /wi (open window) first.


English in OOC Chat and RP Chats.
This includes: /l /w /s /r /d /t /p /o /n /m /ds /call /sms /atalk /report /a /t
You can speak your native language in /f and /pm, but Remember F and Pm are OOC chatrooms.
If you with to speak in anothe rlanguage to your mates IC, use either the commands /russian /italien /japanese, or write the language in brackets. Example:
Huan Chenjiang says: [Chinese] Get them!
Reason: give other players the chance to understand what you said, if the e.g. have a dictionary IC, or know the language.

Do not go On / Off Duty while you are fighting!"
Easy Explenation, as /equip and /duty givey you waepns, armour and HP, do not pick them ip in a fight. ALso, do not refill HP or Armour in a Fight, by using a Armour/Hp pickup, or eating/drinking something. You CANT eat or drink soemthing IRL, if someone is shooting you, belive me!.

Robbing Limits ///Do not Rob People if they are Level 1!
A: Basic, to protect new players and give them opportinity to learn how to survive in San Andreas. Do not try to scamm or Rob a Player which is totally new in the Game. You CAN rob them from level 2+++. And if THEY try to rob you, you can ofc. defend yourself.
B: Maximum Money to Rob: 500$ / Maximum Money to Scamm: 5000$ / Maximum AMount to Demand as Ransom/kidnapping: 100.000$.
If you rob the bank or city hall, and you get more than this amount of money, ofc. you can keep it.
Also Remember, that Scamm and robbing isnt allowed OOC, only IC.

No Chicken Run or Bunny Hop in a Roleplay!"
Its totally unrp to bunnyhop to get somewhere faste,r or zo run zgig-zag like a chicken when you get shot, cuz its lag abuse and impossible in reall life. Only jump if you need to jump, e.g. at stairs or when jumping over an obstacle. If you want to do Freerunning, do it, but no Bunnyhop on a straight road.

Do not use any cheats or hacks or bug abuse or exploits.
Self-Explaning, Hacking, CLEOS or any other third part yprogramm leads to a ban.

Do not metagame or powergame.
Dont use OOC Knowledge IC, dont discuss IC issues on OOC chats. Dont Powergame, such as using unreal overpowered actions like /me grabs his knife and stabs John, so now john is death.

Make sure to use /me for the actions of your character (such as pulling out weapons).
No need to exagerate, you do not need to /me everything, but basic issues like Punching, Pulling weapons et cetera.

Do not jack vehicles without any role-play involved.
The RP should involve at least some /me's.
If you are Jacking a abandoned vehicle, use /try to hotwire/break the windows et cetera. If the vehicle has a Passenger or Driver inside, use /me tries to blah blah, the drive rneeds to reply with /do.

Do not use shortcuts such as "LOL", "rofl" and smiles in IC chat(besides sms/advertisings.).
But you may use abreviations like 'sry' 'u' 'sec', to speed up the typing.

Do not spam chats or commands.
especially nothing like /knockout or /try, /engine, this will lead to punishments.

Do not use fully capitalized sentences in any chats besides /shout and /megaphone...

But you CAN use Caps on /s text: /s STOP IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL MAKE YOU!

Do not ignore an admin if there talking to you. even if you are roleplaying listen to them!.

Non-RP provoking is not allowed. such as hitting a cop car all the time.

Drive like real life, if you hit a wall or another vehicle with your vehicle you wouldn't just drive off all fine.
Rp injuries, especialyl if you ar enot usign a Seatbelt. ALso, if you get hit by a vehicle or fall from a bike, RP the damage done to you and your car.

No Advertising any other server!

You're allowed to ignore OOC-chats during role-play situations long as it's not an administrator talking to you.
But always reply on PM's from an admin. you can tog pm's and OOC chat from other players off with /togooc, /togpm.

Do not AFK/idle/alt-tab for to long. If you've got to be AFK for very long time, leave the server, admins can do /afk instead.
We do no tsupport people which stay AFK the whole day just to collect Paydays.

Do not PM Admins IG with suggestions use the suggestions forum.
Thats why we have the forum. Dont /pm or /atalk your suggestions and requests ingame.

We do not accept ban evading, this will lead to you being banned again if we find out.
Means, if you get banned, and you do another account to evade the ban, this will lead the second account to be banned aswell. and you wont be unbanned that fast, if you get caught ban evading.

Do not abuse or spam /report, /report is only for reporting Rulebreakers not to chat with admins!
Also, if you got Questions, use /atalk, and dont report random persons (like: '/rport huan Can i get skin 127 please?')

Civilians are not allowed to take hits, only Hitmans are allowed to do an hit.
It need svery good RP, to play a proper assasination, and we dont want civilians to do this. Contact a Real hitman or do it yourself, dont send other civilians after a person.

No logging to avoid IC Jail, Death, Admin Jail, Admin Punishment, or anyo other Kind of RP.
If you go AFK or /q to avoid death, this will lead to punishment.

Rp Injuries. If you got low HP (10-1), use /crack /fall or something like that, to RP the injuries you have.
Remember that you will feel pain when getting shot, so dont keep on runnign if you get shot on very low HP.

No OOC Lying, Anything you say in OOC should be the truth and only the truth.
IC, you can lie, to RP a trickign or scamming.

No OOC in IC Radios and IC Phones, This includes SMS.
Talking about OOC issues in any IC chat is metagaming.

No Robbing/Killing of a on duty EMT Member, means RPing in hospital or in/around their ambulance.

You must always reply with /do fail with a reason. If you just type /do fail that's not allowed! You must always provide the reason for the fail.
So, if someone does /me tries to hit X on his face, and X just repiles with /do fail, this is invalid. X has to write something like: /do fail, i dodge the hit with my ellbow. But remember, no powergaming on /do either.
You cant use somethin glike /do fail, im strong as superman and your punch doesnt even tickle me.


IMPORTANT - what ever admins say in-game, even though you think they are wrong, has to be followed. However you can always feel free to report an admin, if you believe they are abusing their powers. You can do that by sending a complaint on the "Admin Complaints" forums

With our newest update we have not only speed cams out of town, but also in the city.

Public information:
Speed limits:
a) in Town:
- In normal roads: 80 km/h
- on Highways: 120 km/h
- on Highways in urban areas with high density: 80 km/h (at airport, verona beach and Grottis cars shop only)

b) in the Countryside
- On normal Roads: 120 km/h
- on highways: Infinite (e.g. the East coast highway, the LS-to-LV highway.

There are in total 12 Speedcams in Los santos and 10 around it in the Countryside
There are NO speedcams in SF, LV, the Desert or flint country.

c) Money punishment:
- 100 $ basic.
- 2.5$ for every Km/h that is to much.
- If the suspect evades, insults or tries to get away, you can ask higher fines or jail them.
- If the suspect overspeeded very little (e.g. only 85 km/h) just fine them for 50 $ and its fine. if they overspeeded more than 11 km/h, use the formula.

EXAMPLE:
Player A is driving past the Bank with 96 km/h and gets photographed by a Speedcam.
-> 150$ + 5$x(96-80) = 150$ + 80 = 230$
Player B is driving in Red Country over a Bridge with 140 km/h and gets photographed by a Speedcam.
-> 150$ + 5$x(140-120) = 150$ + 100 = 250$
Player C is driving past the Bank with 140 km/h and gets photographed by a Speedcam.
-> 150$ + 5$x(140-80) = 150$ + 400 = 550$

You can use /calc to calculate the Fine as a Cop:
Get in your car and check the /mdc, or ask some other cop on /r \ /d to check how fast your suspect was going, and if in or outside of town. The use '/calc *speed*' and it will tell you how high the fine is, if he was that fast in town or outside of town.

1: Roleplay in Shootouts.
1.1 What is a RP-ish shootout?
- You and your opponent(s) are crouched and/or in cover. you shoot tactically at eachother and try to get not hit.
- Rules for Rp'ish shootouts do not apply if you have definitely no time to type (you & your opponent are standing in front of each other, no cover, no time, its jsut about who shots first or has the better gun)
1.2 If you are in a Rp'ish Shootout, always RP injuries on your body (healt decreases), like if you get shot in the leg, you cant run, or if you get a bullet in the left arm, you can only use one-handed guns. It is NOT neccesary to RP Injuries if your Armour goes down.
1.3 If in an Rp'ish shootout, your hp sink drastically low, you'd better do /crack /fall /fallback or /rollfall to Rp beeing injured.
1.4 If your opponent did /crack or the other anims, you do NOT kill him as long as its not absolutely neccesary, as you just wanted to win the battle. If you WANT to kill him, you are hitman ect, of you can kill him even if hey lying on the ground.

2: Rapind Fire with bug abuse.
2.1 Some guns, like the Sniper and the Rocket Launchers fire very rapidly if you hold the fire button, a sniper almost as fast as an m4, a rpg almost as fast as a pistol.
2.2 do NEVER hold the firebutton of the following weapons: RPG, HS-RPG, Sniper, Country Rifle. Always wait at least 1 second (rifles) and 10 seconds (RPG) between two bullets/missiles.

3: Movement:
3.1: Allowed Movements: Walking while aim/shoot with any gun not mentionned in 3.2
3.2: Do not run while SHOOTING with a Sawn-off, uzi or Tec9. Run while aim is Okay.
3.3 you are allowed to run & shoto with the Colt45, as its representing the Glock18, a very light gun with low recoil.
3.4 If you run away from soemone shooting you, do not run zig-zag, as you cant move so fast IRL. Run away straight, or use you rmouse to make slower turns.
3.5 Do NOT run in circles around someone who is shooting you, and punch him or shoot him, thats lag abuse.

4: For law enforcments:
Do NOT use the tactical shield with any other gun, because IRl you would need one hand to hold the shield.
Use only the following weapons together with the shield: Knife, Nitestick, colt45, silenced/tazer, deagle, mp5, teargas, grenades, pepperspray. do NOT use M4, ak74, sniper, or a shotgun.

ATC Rules: This are NOT new Rules, they existed since always on the Server.

I just post them, as License instructors, although they are meant to do, do not tell these Licences to their 'Pupils' anymore.

1: Every Pilot (Person which is in a Flying Vehicle, Helicopter or Plane) can use /p as Pilot Radio Channel, and also Hear the /p chat. They have to Announce Takeoff, Touchdown and Parking at Private Airspaces (Houseroofs or stuff which is NOT listet in 2. is counted 'private'. The owners or a Private Property have the Right to refuse, if someone lands there, ans also got the right to defend their property with Violence. The ATC can NOT Refuse Landing or Take-off at a Private Plac,e but still, you have to announce it.

2: At Public Airports, an Announcement isnt enough, but you have to ask for Permission. Those airports are:
- Los Santos International.
- San Fierro International.
- Las Venturas International.
- The Helipads on L.S.P.D.
- The Helipads on F.B.I.
- The Helipads on Echelon IV.
- The Helipads at K.A.C.C. and Ocean docks (Cargo Lift job)
At those airports you may only take off with permission from an ATC.

3: If you wish to serve as ATC Employée, ask Huan or Nathan ingame. If you have The rights, you can switch your /atcradio on and off. If it is on, you can hear the /p chat anytime, even if you are on Foot or in a Normal Car. YOu can anser the /p chat with /atc 'text' and give or decline permissions and requests.

4: If an Aircraft does NOT identify or flies without Permission, the ATC can contact the LSPD/FBI/Echelon. They have the right to Shoot your aircraft down with Hunter or Hydra, as its taken as Public Endangernment.

5: An ATC himself also has to Announce it on /p if HE is flying personally. An ATC Meber can NOT give himself the Permission to Start or Land on a Public Place.

6: Every Plane needs a 'ID' when its in air. This ID consists of the Pilots user id (changes everytime you log in) and 3 Random Letters he choses. E.G, if I want to fly with my Blackhawk, and im user '4', i can name my Plane 'HCB 5'

1: Private Airspace.
Pilot: /p Hello, this is LCT-7, im Taking off at the House of Karlson Mclair, Las Colinas, over.
ATC: /atc Roger that, you have been registered.
[5 mins Later]
Pilot: /p Hello, this is LCT-7, Landing on Verdant Bluffs, Helipad 3 ,over.
ATC: /atc 10-4, LCT-7, Have a nice day, over and out.

2: Public Airspace:
Pilot: /p This is Jumbo CTX-5, request permission to take off at LS Int., Cargo transport to LV int, over.
ATC: /atc Roger, CTX-5, you are Free to take off at runway 1.
[5 mins Later]
Pilot: /p Jumbo CTX-5 here, im above LV int now, request landing Permission.
ATC: /atc Jumbo CTX-5, touchdown on runway 7, taxi to parking lot 3.
